We seek an experienced ORMB  to lead and manage teams, including ORMB consultants. Our organization has already implemented ORMB, and we are looking to make significant enhancements to ensure it continues to support our business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implementation: Oversee the design and implementation of ORMB-specific configurations and advanced setups, including data integration and infrastructure/application sizing requirements.
  • Custom Development: Develop custom algorithms, scripts, and jobs for Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) to support unique business needs.
  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with functional and technical teams across multiple time zones to translate business requirements into technical designs and develop corresponding code solutions.
  • Project Estimation: Provide accurate scope and scale of effort estimates for delivering technical solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Develop technical specifications to build resilient systems with comprehensive monitoring and alerting functionality.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that applications and code comply with the latest security requirements and are developed according to defined coding standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present solutions to key stakeholders and demonstrate working software to other teams as needed.
  • Collaboration: Participate in design and architecture reviews with the Enterprise Applications/Infrastructure team and collaborate effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in ORMB Implementation: Proven track record in managing and implementing Oracle Revenue Management & Billing systems.
  • Cloud and Financial Systems: Experience with ORMB on the cloud and Fusion Financials, focusing on support aspects, rollout planning, and budgeting.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Problem-solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
